    Lopez Ramirez v Noh A/S (1)

The rain keeps coming and going at Bernardus Golf Club. At the moment it's properly banging it down.

Here's Julia Lopez Ramirez from the back edge of the first green but her putt pulls up short.

Yealimi Noh has a putt to win the hole from 12 feet. Gets the ball to the hole but it drifts left at the death.

    Rhodes v Korda 1UP (3)

The par-three fourth is playing 180 yards today and the hole is cut just above a ridge on the right of the green.

Nelly Korda takes a hand off the club as her ball leaks to the left edge. Mimi Rhodes is straighter and therefore closer but will still have a 35-footer.

    2UP Henseleit v Alison Lee (5)

Esther Henseleit joins Nanna Koerstz Madsen in earning a two-hole lead as she wins the fifth hole against Alison Lee.

Great start this by Europe but just a warning that it's been a theme of the week, with the hosts often thriving in the opening few holes but the back nine has been much better for the USA.

  5. Rhodes par saverpublished at 11:31 BST 13 September

    Rhodes v Korda 1UP (3)

It's another average lag putt from Mimi Rhodes across the third green, pulling up a good eight feet short.

But Nelly Korda cannot convert her birdie chance, which leaves Rhodes with a chance to halve the hole.

And the 24-year-old drains it. Big putt that. Don't want to be going two down.

  6. Flying start for Madsenpublished at 11:29 BST 13 September

    2UP Madsen v Corpuz (2)

Nanna Koerstz Madsen obviously spent a lot of Saturday working on that swing of hers as she's come out firing today - winning the opening two holes against Allisen Corpuz.

  7. Maybe not advantage USA?published at 11:28 BST 13 September

So the USA holds a big advantage on points won in the singles, but it's not been the case in recent times, as the Americans actually haven't won a singles session in the Solheim Cup since 2015!

Europe have won two of the last five while we've had three 6-6 tied sessions - and a reminder if that happens again then as an overall 14-14 draw the USA will retain the Solheim Cup as current holders.

    Last five singles results:

    • 2017: 6-6
    • 2019: Euro win 6½-5½
    • 2021: 6-6
    • 2023: 6-6
    • 2024: Euro win 6½-5½
  8. Advantage USA?published at 11:27 BST 13 September

Historically the United States dominates in singles play in the Solheim Cup.

They lead 122½ to 97½ under that format and have outscored Europe by three or more points eight different times in the 19 previous editions.

Three of those eight occasions were on the road, including in 2015 in Germany, the last time the US won on foreign soil.

    Lopez Ramirez v Noh (11:22)

Spanish debutant Julia Lopez Ramirez has only had one outing this week and she was alongside one of Europe's stalwarts in Carlota Ciganda so had a ringside seat to learn how to grind out a half point at the death.

She hits the ball a mile, which might be useful at a soggy Bernardus today.

But she's up against Yealimi Noh who has looked superb in her two matches. She's only played fourballs and has been up against Charley Hull and Lottie Woad both times.

She grafted a half point alongside the out-of-sorts Angel Yin on Friday before grinding out a point late on Saturday.

Everyone wrote off the male amateurs the other week and that went all the way to the last hole of the last match. Wouldn't surprise me if we get something similar here.

  11. A messy hole halved in bogeyspublished at 11:25 BST 13 September

    Grant v Yin A/S (3)

Both Linn Grant and Angel Yin misjudge their tee shots on the short fourth hole, barely creeping on to the front edge of the putting surface.

Grant is first to putt, up the green, up a ridge. Too much gas. Six feet left.

Has Angel Yin picked up any tips? Nope. Her ball barely makes it up the ridge and is seven feet short. And that's a careless par putt, tugged and not conceded.

Door ajar for Grant. She's missed. Yin taps in from 18 inches. On we go.

    Nadaud v Lee A/S (1)

Andrea Lee and Nastasia Nadaud both give it the big knee bends as they both go close to nailing birdie putts on the first.

The both miss though so hole halved.

  13. Postpublished at 11:22 BST 13 September

    Rhodes v Korda 1UP (3)

Advantage Nelly Korda on the third as she fires a wedge into around a dozen feet of the hole.

Mimi Rhodes has already played and is also pin-high, but around 40 feet away.

It's been the story of Charley Hull's Solheim Cup - all those birdie chances missed.

  15. Missed chance for Hullpublished at 11:19 BST 13 September

    1UP Hull v Khang (5)

Charley Hull's in nice and close on the fifth and has a great opportunity to double the lead, once more from around seven feet this time, but she can't find the target.

That's a huge let-off for Megan Khang and a big disappointment for Hull as she'd been putting nicely so far.

    Grant v Yin A/S (3)

Linn Grant confidently rolls in a par putt on the third green to put some pressure on Angel Yin.

The American has to drain her par attempt from 10 feet to keep her nose in front. Pushed right. Back level.

  19. Nice save from Hullpublished at 11:15 BST 13 September

    1UP Hull v Khang (4)

Again it's around the six foot range for Charley Hull but this time it's to halve the hole with Megan Khang after an errant tee shot on the short par three.

And in she goes! Hull's putting is looking pretty good early on. Good signs.

  20. Korda takes leadpublished at 11:14 BST 13 September

    Rhodes v Korda 1UP (2)

Mimi Rhodes is actually a lot further than 30 feet from the hole, it's probably closer to 50 feet. Her lag putt is down to around six feet but that opens the door for Nelly Korda to get some red on the board.

And the American gives a little fist pump as her ball disappears.
