You don't want to win a championship by getting just enough points. Antonelli knew he had to win this race and he's leading it and doing everything he possibly can and to make sure he's heading in the right direction. It's an impressive performance, not just by Mercedes but Kiimi Antonelli as well who's just been brilliant. His season has been incredible. He's doing everything he can, there's nothing he can do about the guys behind him.

George Russell in P8 has overtake mode on his side as we reach lap 38, but he still can't find a way through on the McLaren of Oscar Piastri. His team-mate Kimi Antonelli is leading this race, but the Italian won't be able to claim the title tonight if the order stays like this.

I'm wondering whether Charles Leclerc will come in for another stop. There's no way he's going to get Antonelli on these tyres and he's losing time to Antonelli already. Is there enough time for him to make a pit stop and make any progress?

Charles Leclerc tried to come back at the Mercedes of Kimi Antonelli but that Turn 12 overtake has stuck for the championship leader. Leclerc is on the medium compound and will likely need another pit stop if some tyre degradation sets in.

Wish Verstappen, Charles and Kimi were on the same strategy! What an interesting chase it would have been at this stage of the race.
