  1. INJURY TIMEpublished at 20:33 GMT 4 November

    Cardiff 3-0 West Ham

Two added minutes at the end of the half.

The Hammers are trying to get something going but their final pass keeps letting them down.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 GMT 4 November

    Wrexham 0-0 Middlesbrough

A tight affair at the Racecourse at the break.

Both sides have had some good chances, especially a flash in front of goal that came incredibly close to former Boro loanee Lewis O'Brien's foot.

This doesn't feel like a game between first and 18th. Wrexham showing they are really up to the task tonight.

  3. Postpublished at 20:30 GMT 4 November

    Bristol City 0-0 Wolves

Wolves keeper Jose Sa comes off his line to punch away a cross and misjudges it, seeing it fly over his gloves and onto Lorent Tolaj's head.

The City forward connects but sends it wide. Golden opportunity. Probably the best of the game and it's the hosts first.

    Bristol City 0-0 Wolves

Wolves haven't tested the goalkeeper enough so far.

But they've totally dominated the game.

So they have to believe that if they keep playing this way, they will find a way through.

  5. Postpublished at 20:28 GMT 4 November

    Wrexham 0-0 Middlesbrough

Amario Cozier-Duberry supplies a threatening cross in front of goal and Issa Kabore has to put in a vital interception to see it out for a Boro corner, which goes no where.

"You're not fit to wear the shirt," West Ham fans chant at their players. Seconds later, Cardiff make it 3-0.

This is a dismal first night for Scott Parker as Hammers boss. So far.

    Best of luck, Scott.

3,200 West Ham fans behind the goal were chanting 'you're not fit to wear the shirt' BEFORE Cardiff won a corner with a last-ditch tackle on Yousef Salech as he threatened to pull the trigger on the right of goal.

Joel Bagan whips in the corner from the right, Will Fish glances on a near-post header and it flicks off Jack Moylan and goes over the line via a kiss off the underside of the crossbar.

    A first-half hat-trick.

    The Hammers are in tatters.

That's three goals conceded in each of the past three games, and this one isn't even at half-time.

  8. Brannagan and Stokes pulled apartpublished at 20:25 GMT 4 November

    Oxford 0-0 Reading

    Dan George
BBC Sport at the Kassam Stadium

It all threatens to kick off at the Kassam in League One as Reading's Josh Stokes makes a late challenge on Cameron Brannagan and the Oxford man is fuming.

The two have to be pulled apart and receive a warning from referee Darren Drysdale while both sets of fans are on their feet roaring at the confrontation.

Both escape any punishment and we play on. We're yet to see a significant scoring chance in this one for either side, with the battle taking place mostly in the middle of the park.

  9. Postpublished at 20:24 GMT 4 November

    Bristol City 0-0 Wolves

Wolves are in complete control at Ashton Gate but they don't seem to be getting much past Bristol City at the moment.

Fer Lopez carves himself a great chance, finding the space to unleash but he sends his strike awry by some margin.

Not a single shot from the hosts so far. We've heard this all before from a Wolves first half though and it's come back to bite them.

  12. PENALTY TO CARDIFFpublished at 20:22 GMT 4 November

    Cardiff 1-0 West Ham

Morato brings down Jack Moylan in the box and Cardiff have the chance of a second.

Moylan was very cute, running onto a fine ball from Perry Ng into the right of the area and getting his body in the way of the defender as he raced to get back into position before hitting the deck.

The Nottingham Forest loanee is left with his hands on his hips as ed Duckworth points to the spot.

  13. Postpublished at 20:21 GMT 4 November

    Cardiff 1-0 West Ham

After City are played advantage Calum Scanlon digs out a cross from the left byline and it loops towards goal before being touched over his own bar by Mads Hermansen.

Alex Robertson whips the curling corner towards the near post where Will Fish meets it with a flashing header but it flies a yard over the crossbar.

    Wrexham 0-0 Middlesbrough

Just as it looked like Wrexham were looking dangerous, Callum Brittan is finding his way into the box and in a great position.

He doesn't take the shot well though and Wrexham keeper Anthony Patterson can block it.

Wrexham have grown into the game.

Boro have had more of the possession but they've become sloppy in the last five minutes and invited Wrexham on.

Their best spell of the game now.

  16. Thomason the orchestratorpublished at 20:20 GMT 4 November

    Wrexham 0-0 Middlesbrough

    Ian Mitchelmore
BBC Sport Wales at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham

Lewis O'Brien was inches away from prodding George Thomason's low drilled shot into the net at the back post, but Boro survive.

Thomason duly gees up the home crowd, and they respond.

This is so much better from Phil Parkinson's men following their Friday night horror show at Sheffield United.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:20 GMT 4 November

    Oxford United 0-0 Reading

First real chance for either side as Joel Pereira rushes off his line to dive at the feet of Aidomo Emakhu after he is threaded through by Siriki Dembele.

  18. Postpublished at 20:20 GMT 4 November

    Wrexham 0-0 Middlesbrough

Oof. Former Boro man Lewis O'Brien is inches away from poking home an opener for the hosts but it's just ahead of his feet.

O'Brien spent a season on loan to the visitors in the 2023-24 season but he could have really come back to haunt them then.

Wrexham starting to build some momentum now.

  19. Postpublished at 20:18 GMT 4 November

    Cardiff 1-0 West Ham

Morato almost pulls off the pass of the season, bending the ball from the left touchline past two defenders into the path of the onrushing Manor Solomon but it's just a tad too strong and Nathan Trott beats the Hammers man to the ball by a yard.

  20. Postpublished at 20:16 GMT 4 November

Max Kilman cuts a frustrated figure as he is penalised by ref Ed Duckworth after an aerial tussle with City forward Yousef Salech.
