A brilliant header. A short corner from Aston Villa, it's back to the experience of captain John McGinn, it's onto his weaker right foot but a brilliant ball into the box. It's a brilliant header from Alysson.

The first Premier League goal of the season for Aston Villa. His knee slide celebration needs work I think, the grass must be dry at Villa Park.

Chelsea sub Valentin Barco is booked for a foul on Oli McBurnie to stop a dangerous counter.

Only Ashley Young (42), Gareth Barry (41), Ollie Watkins (37) and Gabriel Agbonlahor (34) have more Premier League assists for Aston Villa than John McGinn (28).

I've been really, really impressed with the way that Hull City have shaped up today. The effort and quality that they've shown. They've found themselves in difficult periods, but they've soaked it up and attacked well to capitalise on the opportunities they've been given. The way they're playing suits them well.

It looks like they've done good business in the summer. When you've got a lot of new faces in through the door, it's difficult to get them to gel, but credit to Hull, the management and the players. They seem like they've been together for a long time and they do it effortlessly.

Ooooh, Forest midfielder James McAtee fizzes a shot just wide from distance.

I'm not sure how much Scherpen knew about it, but it was a good save nonetheless.

Forest bring on Igor Jesus for Dan Ndoye.

Tyler Adams tries his luck from outside the box but it's a decent save by Caoimhin Kelleher.

Both sides are going for this, they don't want to settle for just a point.

Ajayi read the game very well there. It was a lovely bit of play from Chelsea to create that space, but Ajayi covered the ground well and just gave Gusto a little nudge to see it through to his goalkeeper.

Almost an immediate chance for Fulham substitute Rodrigo Muniz, but he can't gather a difficult ball into the box and the opportunity slips away.

There is a coming together between Jorgen Strand Larsen and Issa Diop, with the Crystal Palace forward seemingly claiming the Ipswich defender headbutted him while they were waiting in the box for a corner to be taken.

Referee Chris Kavanagh is not interested and sends both players on their way.
