FT: QPR 1-1 Millwall - Millwall win 2-0 on penalties
Millwall goalkeeper Lukas Jensen is the first goalkeeper to save all four penalties in a shoot-out for an English club in any competition since Jason Steele for Brighton against Newport in the 2020-21 FA Cup.
He becomes only the second goalkeeper to do so since 2013-14 when full Opta records for shoot-outs began.
Swansea 0-1 Birmingham
August Priske's goal might yet be the winner for Blues but his day isn't ending how he would like.
He is forced off as Luis Vazquez takes his place. Jay Stansfield makes way for Ethan Laird.

There's two more changes for the away side as Connor Lemonheigh-Evans and Kamarai Sawyer are swapped out for defender Max Dyche and club veteran Sam Hoskins.
A goal from Hoskins would take him to 105 goals for Northampton since he joined more than 10 years ago.

Norwich restored their three-goal advantage just three minutes later though as good pressing from Philippe Clement's men saw Brooks nip in and go in on goal from halfway, and one-on-one, he slipped the ball into the back of the net.
Brooks takes his shirt off which will earn him a first yellow card for the club but he won't care a jot about that.
