Bournemouth 0-0 Brentford
A painful one but Vitaly Janelt is fine to continue.
Zian Flemming scored his first goal for Ipswich to give the club a late victory over 10-man Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
Anan Khalaili opened the scoring for the hosts after Daichi Kamada found the 22-year-old on the right flank in acres of space. His effort - which could have been a shot or a cross - took a deflection off full-back Leif Davis before nestling in the bottom corner of Kjell Scherpen's goal.
Davis soon recovered when he delivered a wicked ball into the box and found the head of Emersonn, whose header powered past Walter Benitez to equalise.
On the stroke of half-time, Ipswich once again found Emersonn in the box, who shouldered the ball in to the path of Davis and he headed home to give Gary O'Neil's side the lead.
Between conceding goals, the Eagles went down to 10 men when Axel Disasi caught Jack Clarke with a late and high foot to the shin.
Palace struggled to create for a lengthy period, but Jorgen Strand Larsen got the better of Issa Diop and rifled home an equaliser before Flemming grabbed the winner for Ipswich at the death.
Pierre Sage's side have now lost three of their opening four matches of the season and have conceded two or more goals on each occasion.
Meanwhile, Ipswich are already halfway to equalling the amount of wins they managed last time they were in the top flight, when they managed just four wins in the 2024-25 campaign.
Pierre Sage post-match interview - Crystal Palace v Ipswich Town
In Oliver Glasner's final season in charge of Crystal Palace, his side won just 21 of their 45 points at their beloved Selhurst Park.
Their underwhelming form in south London appears to be continuing under Sage, who has already lost his first two league matches at the ground.
They did cruise past Championship side Middlesbrough at home in the League Cup on Tuesday, but defeat against Ipswich means Palace have earned just 11 points at home in 2026. Tottenham Hotspur are the only ever-present Premier League side to have earned less.
In difficult times, managers often call on their club's home support to give their players an extra nudge of motivation on the pitch by creating a better atmosphere.
If Sage decides to issue a similar plea to the Palace supporters, it may prove difficult given that the Holmesdale Fanatics - a fan group who are key to the atmosphere at Selhurst Park - have decided to stop all activity in the ground in recent weeks, saying "genuine" fans are no longer prioritised by clubs.
Up next at Selhurst Park is Thursday's Europa League match against Lech Poznan, before they host Nottingham Forest after the international break.
Can the players and supporters rally to overcome a disappointing start to the campaign?
Gary O'Neil post-match interview - Crystal Palace v Ipswich Town
Leif Davis has been a stalwart for Ipswich since the League One days. Now, he doesn't look out of place in the best league in the world.
His game at Selhurst Park got off to a nightmare start when Khalaili's attempt deflected off his foot and into the back of Scherpen's goal.
Instead of letting his head drop, Davis took the game into his own hands and delivered a pinpoint cross to Emersonn, who levelled the score.
Davis continued on the front foot and combined excellently with Clarke on the left flank to pin Khalaili and Chris Richards in their own half, stifling Palace of chances for large parts of the match.
The high-flying full-back then made one of his trademark runs into the box and found himself on the end of Emersonn's attempt at goal, nodding home effortlessly to put the Tractor Boys into the lead.
Today's goal and assist mean the 26-year-old has already equalled the amount of goal involvements he managed in the entirety of his previous Premier League campaign (three).
If Davis can maintain his level for the rest of the season, O'Neil's side have a real chance of avoiding the drop.

Crystal Palace won both of their Premier League meetings with Ipswich Town 1-0 in 2024-25, last winning three league games in a row against them in February 1995.
Ipswich have lost both of their last two league visits to Crystal Palace, only losing three in a row away to the Eagles in November 1994.
Crystal Palace ended a nine-game winless run in the Premier League with a 3-2 victory over Fulham last time out; they last won successive league matches in December 2025.
Ipswich are without a clean sheet in their last 22 Premier League games, conceding 57 goals in that time (2.6 per game); this term only Crystal Palace (6.5) and Fulham (6.2) have a higher expected goals against total than the Tractor Boys (6.1).
Among ever-present Premier League sides in 2026, only Tottenham Hotspur (7) have accumulated fewer points at home than Crystal Palace (11 – W2 D5 L4); the Eagles could lose three successive league matches at Selhurst Park for only the second time since the start of 2024, only doing so in November/December 2025.
Only Brighton and Hove Albion (34) have recorded more high turnovers in the Premier League so far this season than Crystal Palace (32), though just four of those have resulted in a shot (12.5%), the joint-sixth worst rate in 2026-27.
Gary O’Neil is yet to beat Crystal Palace in his five previous Premier League encounters (D1 L4), only losing more often in the competition to Manchester United and West Ham United (both 5). Indeed, his sides have conceded 2+ goals in all five games.
Crystal Palace’s Anan Khalaili leads the Premier League for both tackles (17) and true tackles attempted (24), with his true tackle win rate – the proportion of time he touches the ball when tackling – is 70.8%, the sixth-highest in the league (min. 10 true tackles attempted).
No defender has had more touches in the opposition box than Crystal Palace’s Tyrick Mitchell in the Premier League this season (10). He scored a brace against Fulham last time out, as many goals as he’d scored in his previous 103 appearances combined.
No player has attempted more shots in the Premier League so far this season without scoring than Ipswich’s Julio Enciso (12), while only Antoine Semenyo (21) has attempted more take-ons this term than his 20, completing seven of them (35%).
