    Birmingham 2-0 QPR

    A hat-trick for Liam Millar?

Not this time as Pierce Charles makes the save.

  2. CLOSE!published at 16:26 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

If Swansea lose this Ben Cabango is not sleeping tonight.

Having hit the bar from four yards out in the first half, he has now snatched at a bouncing ball seven yards from goal after Moussa Yeo manages to get it into the mixer from the left of the area and can only drag his shot back across goal, well past the post.

He has his head in his hands, as do many in the Swansea.com stadium.

    West Brom 1-2 Blackburn

West Brom are beginning to ask more questions of Blackburn now.

Rabby Nzingoula has just slashed a shot wide after Rovers struggled to clear Isaac Price's pull-back.

James Morrison has just brought on Aune Heggebo and Harry Whitwell for Nzingoula and Barney Stewart.

Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray has made a trio of alterations himself - Jake Garrett, Mathias Jorgensen and Dion De Deve have all come on.

    Birmingham 2-0 QPR

QPR are doing their best to get back into this.

Ronnie Edwards is denied by James Beadle and Kwame Poku heads wide.

It is still a long way back for the visitors.

  5. Clear penaltypublished at 16:25 BST 17 October

    Southampton 0-0 Bolton

    Dan George
    BBC Sport at St Mary's

That was a clear penalty for me.

I'm really not sure how that wasn't awarded. It looked an obvious handball in the moment and the replay shows that it was.

"You're not fit to referee" rings around St Mary's.

    Bristol City 0-1 Sheffield United

Bristol City are still struggling to carve out any notable opportunities since the beginning of this second half.

Jed Wallace, on at half-time, has just had a volley blocked before it can reach Michael Cooper's goal.

That, with a little under half an hour of normal time to play, is as close as the Robins have come to drawing level.

  7. Postpublished at 16:24 BST 17 October

    Southampton 0-0 Bolton

Lewis Brunt heads wide for Bolton and then Ruben Rodrigues has a shot saved.

    They couldn't could they?

There are shouts for a Southampton penalty as a Bolton defender seems to have handled a Leo Scienza cross but they are waved away by referee Matt Donohue.

    VAR anyone?

  8. goal

GOAL: Wrexham 4-1 Prestonpublished at 16:22 BST 17 October

    Kieffer Moore (63 mins)

It gets worse for North End, as does their defending.

Ben Whiteman's daisycutter free-kick into the box gets a touch from Kieffer Moore.

Preston have shipped eight goals in four days, and the game is not even nearly over yet,

  9. CLOSE!published at 16:22 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

Moussa Yeom drives in from the right and manages to bundle the ball into the box where it is laid back to Adam Idah on the edge of the box to fizz a low left-footed strike inches past the base of Mads Hermansen's left post.

  10. Postpublished at 16:21 BST 17 October

    Norwich 0-1 Portsmouth

Jovon Makama is far from having the prolific start to the season he had last year.

The former Lincoln man smacks a shot over the bar for Norwich.

  11. goal

GOAL: Wrexham 3-1 Prestonpublished at 16:20 BST 17 October

    Sam Smith (59 mins)

    Game over?

Ben Whiteman's corner is met by a downward header from the unmarked Sam Smith six yards out and it balloons into the roof of the net.

A two-goal deficit feels too much for this Preston side to overcome with half an hour to go.

  12. CLOSE!published at 16:20 BST 17 October

    West Brom 1-2 Blackburn

Almost an exquisite equaliser for West Brom!

Brayann Pereira's cross runs all the way to the back post and Isaac Price catches it on the half-volley, but it zips just over the bar.

At the other end Pereira cuts out a low Dapo Afolayan cross intended for Todd Cantwell at the back post.

  13. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:20 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

First change for the visitors as Taty Castellanos is on in place of Pablo, who has been a handful, in fairness.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:19 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

Lawrence Vigouroux, the newly capped Chile international, is keeping his side in it.

First he gets his body down brilliantly to block Pablo's fierce strike when clean through and from the resultant corner he shows cat-like reflexes to claw away Jarrod Bowen's rasping angled drive from the right of the box.

  15. Postpublished at 16:18 BST 17 October

    Norwich 0-1 Portsmouth

Anis Ben Slimane has only scored five goals in 32 league starts for Norwich.

His shot is saved by Nicolas Schmid.

What have Norwich got in them to turn around this wretched form or are Portsmouth going to make it back-to-back wins?

  16. Postpublished at 16:17 BST 17 October

    Derby 0-1 Stoke

Luke Graham showing his importance in both boxes as he produces a crucial block to deny David Ozoh's low strike.

  17. CLOSE!published at 16:16 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

Mohamadou Kante's clever flick in the box finds Pablo who flashes in a right-footed shot as he loses balance.

It looks like it's flicked over the top by Lawrence Vigouroux but it's so powerful nobody spots it and it's just a goal kick.

  18. CLOSE!published at 16:16 BST 17 October

    West Brom 1-2 Blackburn

Blackburn look just as likely at the moment as West Brom to scoring the next goal in this game.

Albion have seen a drive from Jimmy-Jay Morgan blocked on the edge of the area, but Blackburn have just broken in numbers and Ryan Alebiosu's header into the six yard box at the back post caused momentary uncertainty in the Baggies back-line, before goalkeeper Max O'Leary claimed.

The game remains on the edge of a knife.

  19. Postpublished at 16:15 BST 17 October

    Southampton 0-0 Bolton

A big chance for Lewis Dobbin - he is one-on-one with Bolton goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu but shoots wide.

Xavier Simons has squeezed a shot wide for Bolton.

  20. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:15 BST 17 October

    Swansea 0-1 West Ham

Two changes for Swansea as Eom Ji-Sung and Stephen Eustaqio are introduced by Vitor Matos with Joseph Opoku and Jay Fulton making way.
