Kent 238 v Worcestershire 180-6
The Pears add 100 for the loss of four wickets as Kent chipped away to level this game out.
Half-centuries for Dan Lategan and Adam Hose threatend to put Worcestershire in firm charge but nipping both knocks in the bud was just what Kent needed.
At 139-3, the home side might have feared their lead wouldn't last long but a burst of 3-13 has put them right back in it.

The wickets have been shared between three seamers - Josh Davey with two, and Ian Holland and Josh Hull with one apiece.
Work to do for Nottinghamshire in the afternoon. Leicestershire will be very happy with the morning session.
Clarke b Davey 37 (Notts 135-4)
A huge wicket for Leicestershire on the stroke of lunch as Joe Clarke plays inside the line of a good delivery from Davey.
Clarke has to depart for 37, another Notts player to make a start but not quite push on.
Higgins lbw b Balderson 44 (Middx 242-9 v Lancs)
Ryan Higgins has had a bit of luck being dropped at first slip on six but generally has cut a bit of a dash in this innings, the highlight being a ramp shot off George Balderson a few overs ago.
But the Lancs medium pacer has his revenge with an lbw to bring an end to the fun and leave Middx sweating on a batting bonus point.
Hants v Warks 226-2
Obvious thing to say but Hampshire can't afford that.
Sam Hain tries to flick it onto the leg side but gets a leading edge. Toby Albert is perhaps taken by surprise and spills a relatively regulation chance at slip.
Eddie Jack is the frustrated bowler.
Essex 47-0 v Sussex 275
A good start for the hosts as they troop off unbroken for lunch. Paul Walter has 23 and has hit a few crisp drives, particularly off Dom Goodwin while Dean Elgar has 18.
Procter c Bedingham b Potts 0 (Northants 1-1 v Durham 205)
Three balls into the innings!
After all the talk of spin and turn, it's the pace and lift of Mattew Potts that's brought an early wicket for Durham.
Potts puts it on a length. Slight movement off the seam. Luke Procter squared up and simple edge to David Bedingam at second slip.

Josh Blake LBW Coad 0 (Surrey 22-3 v Yorks 185)
Surrey in trouble! It's Ben Coad who strikes this time.
Josh Blake is hit low on his pad right in front. Not much doubt about the decision.
Goldsworthy c Hamza b Crane 11 (Somerset 154-2 v Glam 194)
Mason Crane will bowl better balls and be punished but this was a stroke of luck.
Lewis Goldsworthy's eyes light up as Crane almost drags down a leg side delivery but he gets off balance during the swing and sends a top edge up to square leg where Mir Hamza takes a decent catch
It is still very much the hosts game to boss but that was a stroke of luck Glams way.
Sibley c Luxton b White (Surrey 16-2 v Yorks 185)
Both Surrey openers gone and it's Jack White who strikes again.
Dom Sibley edges to third slip having looked uncomfortable the ball before as White got one to nip back into Sibley's midriff.
Cullen lbw b Dudgeon 9 (Kent 238 v Worcestershire 152-6)
Henry Cullen is not happy.
He's convinced that one from Keith Dudgeon was sliding down.
The replay suggests he might have a case.
He responds to the raised finger with a shoulder slump, a touch of his hip and a stare at the stumps before he has to turn and go.
Kishore 20 c Guest b Randall (128-7)
Sai Kishore has to depart after a strange innings.
He did well to accompany James Bracey (61*) for a while, but is dismissed poorly.
Brett Randall bowls a full and wide delivery, not one of his best in his spell, and Kishore wafts his bat at it with no foot movement.
An easy catch behind the stumps for Brooke Guest and Randall has his third.
Middx 222-8 v Lancs
Image source, ShutterstockThis is all a bit ragged from Lancs as they seek to polish off the Middx tail.
Ben Walkden has three wickets but he has also put a few in the slot and Tom Helm has just helped himself to a huge six over long on.
Having got Middx 177-7, letting them anywhere near a bonus point has to be considered a failure from the bowlers.
Hose c Benjamin b Dudgeon 50 (Kent 238 v Worcestershire 158-6)
A nibble too far from Adam Hose, who can't resist a little instinctive tickle at one from Keith Dudgeon off a good length.
It's a very good ball and just hints a moving off the seam as it grazes Hoses' outside edge through to the keeper.
Two balls earlier, Hose had brought up an excellent half-century. The Pears needed him to go on really though.
Middx 210-8
Not quite sure what Matty Hurst is doing there.
Ryan Higgins, on 29, attempts to sweep but top edges the ball towards Rocky Flintoff at fine leg.
The fielder comes racing in from the rope and looks to have it covered but Matty Hurst races back towards him and clatters him as he about to grab it.
It was not obviously the keeper's catch given it was coming over his shoulder and the boundary rider seemed to have it under control.
Higgins survives.
Burns c Bairstow b White 9 (Surrey 15-1 v Yorks 185)
Two England test players currently out of favour are involved in this one. Rory Burns tries a cut shot and nicks it for Johnny Bairstow to take a tumbling catch behind.
Jack White is the bowler to strike.
Aldridge c Sanderson b Chahal 5 (Northants v Durham 205)
Kasey Aldridge opens his shoulders and tries to launch Yuzvendra Chahal to Mars but doesn't get it at all and is held in the deep by Ben Sanderson.
Durham lose 7-48!
But it's turn, turn, turning.
Let's see how Northants fair. This still might be a competitive total.
Roland-Jones lbw b Walkden 18 (Middx 209-8 v Lancs)
Toby Ro-Jo has dished out a bit of tap to Ben Walkden but he has been pinned in front of middle and leg here and has to go.
Walkden has 3-51 but Middx's aggressive lower order hitting is probably doing a decent job here. They would probably take from 151-4 to 209-8.
Durham 202-9 v Northants

Despite the loss of 49 overs yesterday, because of bad weather, this game is flying along today and I could easily envisage Durham batting for a second time later this afternoon!
Six wickets have fallen so far on day two, for just 45 runs and with the ball going around corners from the spinners.
The first wicket saw Mayank Agarwal get an inside edge off Ben Sanderson. He departed in the 37th over for 36. But then the spinners got among the action.
Yuzvendra Chahal bowled Ben Stokes with a ball that came back in from about seventh stump, while Calvin Harrison bowled Ollie Robinson around his legs for four.
The batsman really struggled from the moment he got out in the middle and could have been out at least twice before he did depart.
In all of the melee Colin Ackermann also got himself run out for 11. Durham are not going to get a batting point at this rate but their bowlers will be licking their lips at the prospect of having a bowl on this track in a few minutes.
Potts b Chahal 0 (Northants v Durham 202-9)
Matthew Potts comes...and goes...
Yuzvendra Chahal picks up this third wicket with a classic leg-break that's too good for Potts.
Tossed up, a bit of drift, a bit of dip, Potts comes forward, ball pitches middle and leg, turns, hits off.
Just too good.
