Lemon rode a perfect 15 point meeting on Sunday

Newcastle Diamonds have climbed to third in the Premier League following a 55-38 defeat of Rye House at the Newcastle Stadium on Sunday. Mark Lemon top scored with a perfect 15 points from his five heats, while Danish rider Rene Bach scored 12. Diamonds team boss George English said: "This was nothing short of spectacular - to beat Rye House by 17 points and rise to third place in the league." Joe Haines was the star man for the Rockets, claiming nine points.
