Milton Keynes Dons have received a second FA charge relating to the League One match at Huddersfield last month.
The Dons have been charged with failing to ensure their players conduct themselves in an orderly fashion.
It follows an improper conduct charge for manager Paul Ince, relating to an incident in the 28 December game.
Meanwhile, Dons keeper Willy Gueret, 36, has agreed a one-year contract extension keeping him at the Stadium MK until June 2011.
