Milton Keynes Dons manager Paul Ince has admitted an improper conduct charge from the Football Association.
The charge relates to an incident during the Dons' League One defeat at Huddersfield back in December.
The case is due to be heard by a regulatory commission on or before Monday, 18 January.
The Dons have also been charged with failing to ensure their players conduct themselves in an orderly fashion during the same game.
