Ebbsfleet utility player Dean Pooley could miss the rest of the season if a suspected torn knee tendon picked up at Crawley on Saturday is confirmed.
Pooley, who suffered a deep head gash against York last month, had to be carried off during the 2-1 defeat.
Fleet manager Liam Daish told BBC Radio Kent: "At the moment we don't know how bad the injury is, but I don't think he'll be available for Saturday."
Daish said he would consider going into the loan market if necessary.
"It maybe something we'll have to consider, depending on the extent of the injury problems," he said.
