Charlton Athletic have completed the signing of midfielder Lee Martin on a season-long loan from Ipswich Town.
The 23-year-old has joined the Addicks in time to play in Saturday's League One opener against Bournemouth.
Martin joined Ipswich from Manchester United for an undisclosed fee in July 2009 but made just 18 appearances for them last season.
South Africa Under-20 international Bally Smart has also agreed to join Charlton on a non-contract basis.
