Blue Square South side Braintree Town have appointed Aveley boss Rod Stringer as their new manager.
Stringer's arrival comes after the departure of Robbie Garvey, who left Cressing Road after a disagreement with chairman Lee Harding.
"We've appointed an ambitious manager who's done well with his other clubs," said Harding.
Aveley assistant manager Eddie Crace and first-team coach Keith Rowlands have moved with Stringer to Braintree.
