Davies dreams of World Cup after missing Euros

Mayzee Davies says she is more determined to reach the World Cup after missing Euro 2025 through injury.

The defender, 20, had broken into the Wales team as an 18-year-old, earning player of the match against Italy on her first start before rupturing her ACL against Denmark just before the start of Euro 2025.

Wales face Albania home and away in the semi-finals of the play-offs in World Cup qualifying having beaten their opponents 4-0 and 1-0 in their qualifying group.
