    Leicester City have signed former Sheffield United, Hull City and Rangers midfielder John Lundstram on a free transfer following his departure from Turkish side Trabzonspor.

    The 32-year-old has signed a two-year contract and becomes the club's 12th summer signing.

    And the Foxes aren't done yet tonight either....

    Burnley have signed Japanese international midfielder Reo Hatate from Celtic for an undisclosed fee.

    The 28-year-old scored 33 goals and provided 31 assists in 191 appearances for the Scottish giants.

    Hatate won five Scottish Premiership titles, two Scottish Cups and two Scottish League cups during a five-year spell in Glasgow.

    He has been capped 11 times by Japan.

    Watford have signed former PSV Eindhoven striker Myron Boadu on a free following his exit from the Dutch Eredivisie giants.

    The 25-year-old scored two goals in 13 league games last season and his deal with PSV expired this summer.

    Boadu, who was caped once for the Netherlands in 2019, has scored 68 goals in his career in 213 matches across spells with AZ Alkmaar, Monaco, Twente and VfL Bochum.

    "The guys who have left while I've been here have been great - honestly, as human beings and professionals, they've been really good.

    "But we have to have some new energy. It's been difficult for two years. We have to inject something fresh into it.

    "Maybe it's best for some people to have a fresh start, and that's why we replaced them a while ago... we have to focus our time and effort on [current players].

    "He's done a great job and is a brilliant pro. It's been a difficult couple of weeks for him but he's really got his head down and got on.

    "Now he goes with our best wishes and we can focus on the squad that's here."

    The news comes after head coach Danny Cowley confirmed to BBC Essex that the club had turned down bids for midfielder Jack Payne before the deadline.

    Gillingham have signed Cardiff City midfielder Eli King on a permanent deal.

    The 23-year-old spent the 2024-25 season on loan at Stevenage in League One when he made over 30 appearances for the club.

    Stoke City have signed USA international midfielder Jack McGlynn from MLS club Houston Dynamo for an undisclosed fee.

    The 23-year-old scored nine goals and provided 13 assists in 51 games for Houston in the past two seasons.

    He previously netted eight times and registered 16 assists in 135 appearances during a three-year spell at Philadelphia Union.

    McGlynn has been capped 13 times by the USA and has scored twice for his country.

    Watford have signed Leicester City forward Stephy Mavididi on a season-long loan.

    The 28-year-old has scored 23 goals and registered 11 assists in 127 appearances for the Foxes since joining them from French Ligue 1 side Montpellier in 2023.

    Burnley striker Zian Flemming has left the club to join Ipswich Town for an undisclosed fee, believed to be around £20m.

    The 28-year-old scored 29 goals in 73 appearances for the Clarets following his arrival from Millwall in 2024 on an initial loan deal before he made a permanent switch to Turf Moor a year later.

    Flemming was widely regarded as a key player for Burnley this season following their relegation from the Premier League, having netted 11 times in the top flight in 2025-26.

    "We would like to thank Zian for his efforts during his time in Lancashire," Burnley said in a brief statement on the club website.

    New Burnley boss Nicky Hayen is still yet to win any of his opening three league games in charge and the club are currently 23rd in the Championship.

    Middlesbrough have signed Brighton winger Amario Cozier-Duberry on a season-long loan.

    The 21-year-old scored 10 goals in 41 games in all competitions last season while on loan at Bolton Wanderers to help them win promotion from League One.

    Cozier-Duberry spent five years in the Arsenal academy before making the switch to the Seagulls.

    He signed a new deal with the Sussex club until 2029 ahead of his switch to the Riverside for the 2026-27 campaign.

    Derby County have signed winger Mohammed Fuseini on a season-long loan from Union Saint-Gilloise.

    The 24-year-old Ghanaian has scored 15 goals in 76 appearances for the Belgian Pro League club since the start of the 2024-25 season.

    He won the Belgian top flight title in 2025 and the Belgian Cup last season.

    Fuseini has scored one goal in two international games for Ghana and also made two appearances in the Champions League last season against Bayern Munich and Atalanta.

    Danny Rose has signed on a two-year deal from National League club Barrow while fellow forward Ajay Matthews arrives on a season-long loan from Millwall.

    Grimsby Town have gone back into the market tonight too.

    They have just announced the signing of midfielder Fin Cartwright on a season-long loan from Middlesbrough.
