Chelsea say: "We look forward to monitoring and supporting Misha throughout his time at Spurs."

In January 2023 the club paid a fee of up to £89m to sign him from Shakhtar Donetsk and gave him an eight-year deal.

But he only scored 10 goals in just under two years before his ban kicked in.

Tottenham's new loanee Mykhailo Mudryk said he is "excited to be reunited" with old boss Roberto de Zerbi.

"I'm a player who brings speed and creativity, and I want to help in both the offensive and defensive areas. I want to make the fans excited," he said.

"I can see it's a strong squad here with good players, and I'm looking forward to sharing a pitch and special moments with them."

De Zerbi worked alongside the winger at Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk before Mudryk joined Chelsea in 2023.

"Having worked with Misha earlier in his career, I know exactly what he can bring to our team," said De Zerbi.

"I will demand a lot from Misha and it is our job to help him find the best version of himself. If we do that then he can become a very important player for us. I am very happy he chose to come here, and I cannot wait to work with him again."

That's two out of two for Fulham signings today referencing that the Cottagers are the oldest club in London.

Fulham phrase it differently but same difference really - calling it "a long-term deal, subject to an initial loan period".

Larsson said: “Obviously, it’s a very proud moment for me and my family - I’m honoured to be here.

"To come here, to the oldest club in London, with all the history that it has, is such an honour for me."

The fee will be £18.3m we hear.

Fulham

Fulham's deal for Hugo Larsson from Eintracht Frankfurt is initially on loan. The German club say Fulham "have an obligation to buy the midfielder if certain conditions are met".

Frankfurt board member for sport Markus Krosche said: "Hugo Larsson has been one of our key first-team players over the past three years and has played a big part in our success.

"We’d like to thank Hugo for his commitment in an Eintracht shirt and wish him all the best for his future career."

Tottenham Hotspur

Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk has joined Tottenham on loan for rest of the season with an option to buy of £75m.

The 25-year-old Ukrainian has not played a competitive game since November 2024 after recently resolving a doping case.

Fulham have signed Sweden midfielder Hugo Larsson, 22, from Eintracht Frankfurt.

BBC Radio Newcastle have been finding out about Malick Fofana who looks set to join Sunderland: "He's been described as a sort of budget Bradley Barcola. We've seen Barcola obviously go to Liverpool for around 140m euros and Sunderland look like they're going to or hopefully going to get him for a fraction of that price and he has many of the same sort of qualities.

"He's a really quick winger, he loves to take on his opponent, he really gives impetus to his team when they're attacking and there's a really exciting player and the Sunderland fans will love him I'm sure."

The Enzo Fernandez deal - for a joint British record fee of £125m - hasn't been finalised yet. It's all been agreed but last we heard they were waiting for the medical and what have you.

Manchester City

Manchester City fan Steven McInerney has been giving his thoughts on the transfer of Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea.

He says the Argentine will bring "quality" and "big goals in big moments".

Sunderland are set to complete their chaotic 30m euros (£25.7m) move for Malick Fofana from Lyon.

The Black Cats agreed a fee for Fofana this morning but Crystal Palace hijacked the move.

But Sunderland have won the race to sign Fofana with the deal now at the paperwork stage.

Well over half an hour since we've had a Premier League signing now. I'm hearing some chatter though that we could be getting another one in the next 30 minutes or so.

Many of this summer's transfer window deals have been stated as a base fee plus 'add-ons'.

These payments are often complex and usually kept secret.

Clubs sometimes say add-ons are 'easily achievable' or 'difficult'.

Easier-to-achieve add-ons can include things like making a basic number of appearances, or scoring a certain amount of goals. Add-ons can also be attached to a team's success rather than the individual player's - a club may agree to an add-on requiring an extra payment if they qualify for Europe, for example.

Others can be more ambitious - tied to extreme levels of individual or collective success, like winning the Champions League or the Ballon d'Or.

I think the ceiling [of money that could be spent during the window] ultimately is determined by the revenue the Premier League generates, you have to have the money coming in to be able to spend it and the Premier League is by far the most successful football competition in world football.

If you look at spending by Premier League clubs, it exceeds that of Spain, Germany, Italy and France put together.

The other big five leagues are trailing in its wake, it's got the benefit of being globally popular. And while that interest is there in the Premier League, it has the facility to spend.

While the deadline closes at 23:00 BST, deals can actually be completed shortly after that deadline.

In order to do so, clubs must submit a deal sheet to the Premier League prior to 21:00 BST, allowing them an extra two hours after the deadline, with the Premier League's blessing, to complete a late move.

Once the window is closed, clubs then have to submit a squad list to the Premier League of players who will represent them.

While there is no official deadline that is made public, it is understood the deadline is about a week after the window closes.

Clubs cannot name squads of more than 25 players aged over 21. On top of that, the maximum amount of senior players allowed that are not classed as locally trained is 17.

Hull City

Winger Jaden Philogene is due to stay at Ipswich.

Bologna, Roma and Benfica were among several clubs who held an interest in the 24-year-old, who helped Ipswich to promotion from the Championship last season, scoring 12 league goals.

But no move has progressed and he is expected to be involved in O'Neil's squad going forward, although Philogene had his pre-season interrupted by a hamstring injury and his yet to play in the Tractor Boys' opening three games.

Despite a possible transfer Philogene returned for pre-season focused and impressed those at Portman Road with his attitude.

Hull City

Hull City's Liam Millar has joined Championship side Birmingham City on loan until the end of the 2026-27 season.

He scored the winner on his final game for the club (for now anyway) in Saturday's 1-0 Premier League win at Coventry.

Millar played three times for Canada at the 2026 World Cup.
