Image source, Getty ImagesBritons Jack Laugher and Jordan Houlden comfortably secured their places in Thursday's men's 3m springboard final at the Paris Olympics.
Laugher, bronze medallist in the synchro event alongside Anthony Harding, finished third in the semi-final standings with 467.05 points.
The 29-year-old won bronze in the discipline in Tokyo three years ago.
Houlden finished fifth with 445.55 points to ensure he would reach the final on his debut Olympic Games.
China's Wang Zongyuan, silver medallist in Tokyo, topped the standings with 537.85, with compatriot and defending champion Xie Siyi second (505.85).
The final takes place on Thursday at 14:00 BST.
