  1. Littler's route to the last fourpublished at 21:21 BST 25 July

    Littler v Van Duijvenbode

Luke Littler looks well placed to make it four for four in the majors this year.

After fighting back to see off a spirited Niko Springer in round one, the defending champion opened his round two victory over Nathan Aspinall with a sixth career televised nine dart finish.

Littler then blew Josh Rock out of the water in the quarter-finals, winning 16-7.

"At the minute, everything's going to plan," Littler said after beating Rock.

"I feel good. I can afford to miss a few doubles because the scoring's there."

  3. Price happy to return to Welsh number onepublished at 21:18 BST 25 July

Gerwyn Price talking to Sky Sports: "Jonny Clayton - I am more happy to be Wales number one! Come onnn!

"It is brownie points and bragging rights. Jonny has been Welsh number one for 18 months or two years but I am back!

"I have been in some good games this year. I lost in the semi-finals of the UK Open - the first six months of the season I've been playing really well. I probably haven't played as much as I should have because of distractions back home.

"I'm happy to be in the final but, honestly, the ranking and to get one up on my buddy Jonny!

"I did practice a lot before the tournament. I haven't much the past two days because of the turnaround and it probably showed on the board. I was more nervous today and there was a lot more pressure on this match."
