That's all from us today, so thanks as always for following.

There are no games tomorrow so we'll be back on Tuesday for New Zealand v Sri Lanka, and then England continue their campaign against Ireland at 18:30.

If you missed any of today's games, here are the match reports for Bangladesh's win over Netherlands and India's comfortable victory against Pakistan.

    Bye for now!

  2. 'Smriti and Deepti are always there for us'published at 18:19 BST 14 June

India captain Harmanpreet Kaur: "Very happy. Thank you so much to all the fans who came out to support us today, we are so grateful.

"Whenever we need a performance, Smriti and Deepti are always there for us to push us forward.

"It was a good pitch. We were under pressure in the powerplay but my partnership with Smriti got us back in control.

"I would love to send Richa Ghosh in from the first ball but we are very happy with how she is executing her role at the end.

"Every game is important. We are very happy with this start, we know that net run-rate might help us towards the end of the group games."

  3. 'We've got to improve quickly'published at 18:16 BST 14 June

Pakistan captain Fatima Sana: "We're very disappointed with the batting performance. We've got to improve quickly because there is still a long way to go in the tournament.

"We gave away a few too many runs too, it really cost us having to bring a fielder in at the end. The left and right-hand batters slowed us down a bit but we are a young team, we are getting used to these situations.

"Catches win matches, yes. Unfortunately, it was senior players dropping catches and we need to get better. That cost us the match.

"We were happy with the powerplay with both bat and ball but the collapses came after that. We will make sure we get different results going forward."

Richa Ghosh's 34 from 17 balls at the death really took the game away from Pakistan, too.

We've spoken a lot about how tough this group is with India, Australia and South Africa in it. They've all played a game now and India and Australia are sitting comfortably at the top with very healthy net run-rates.

  5. 'I always back myself to step up for the team'published at 18:09 BST 14 June

Player of the match Deepti Sharma: "I am very grateful, but all credit goes to the team.

"The pitch was turning a bit, so varying my pace was very important. I had belief in myself to bowl a bit slower through the air and backing myself to get the ball in the right area.

"It's been an amazing crowd, it's so great to have the support here. I also just want to mention Smriti's innings and the partnership with Harmanpreet that got us into a good position.

"I wasn't worried by not taking wickets. I always back myself to step up and take wickets for the team when they need me."

India want to complete the 50-over and T20 double, and they couldn't have got off to a better start.

It was a non-contest in the end. India were far too strong as they racked up 170 with thanks to Smriti Mandhana's 68, before Deepti Sharma and Sree Charani ripped through Pakistan's batting line-up.

They started positively but lost their last seven wickets for just 31 runs to be bowled out for 106 in 17 overs.

What a statement from India. Deepti Sharma - what an asset she is for India.

Deepti's done it! She wraps up an utterly dominant win for India with her fifth wicket!

It's her third wicket in the over as Nashra Sandhu chips it straight to Harmanpreet Kaur at mid-wicket, and Deepti finishes with unbelievable figures of 5-10.

    Make that four!

Tasmia Rubab falls in identical fashion, whacking it straight to deep mid-wicket where Jemimah Rodrigues takes another simple catch.

India are one wicket away from victory and Deepti Sharma has two balls to see if she can claim her five-for.

Smriti Mandhana will probably win player of the match but it should be Deepti Sharma. Without her wicket in the powerplay, Pakistan had a chance. She's a matchwinner and a tournament winner. Is there anybody better than her?

    Aliya c Jemimah b Deepti 18 (Pak 105-8)

Aliya Riaz's fun comes to an end as she holes out to Jemimah Rodrigues in the deep.

It's a third wicket for Deepti Sharma, who is in contention for the player of the match award today with her three wickets.

  14. Pak 104-7published at 16 overs

    Target 171

The most expensive over in a while from Shafali Verma, which concedes 12, including a lovely lofted drive for four from Aliya Riaz.

Pakistan just need to try and boost their net run-rate as much as possible here. The win is way beyond them.

India will want a net run-rate boost in their first couple of matches in case they are caught by a washout later in the group stage.

Left-arm spinner Sree Charani closes out an excellent spell of 3-21.

It's such a well-judged catch - the ball was dying on her and she made sure she caught it safely. Shreyanka Patil is one of the best fielders in this team.

  18. wicket

    Shamim c Patil b Charani 4 (Pak 91-7)

    Cracking catch!

It's a third wicket for Sree Charani as Rameen Shamim gets a thick outside edge towards point, where Shreyanka Patil takes a full-length diving catch with the ball very low to the ground.

The biggest compliment I can give her is that I automatically assumed it was Jemimah Rodrigues who had taken it!

  19. Pak 89-6published at 14 overs

    Target 171

Unfortunately it's been another one-sided contest between these sides.

Pakistan had their moments but India have outclassed them in all aspects of the game.

It's very close to bat and pad and the third umpire agrees with the on-field decision.
