Absolutely. If your results are stronger than you expected, it’s worth looking again at your options.
You might now meet the entry requirements for different A-levels you hadn't considered, another sixth form or college in your local area, or a higher-level course than you had considered.
Speak to your school, sixth form or college as soon as possible, because places can be limited, but don’t feel you have to change your plans just because you can.
A better result gives you more choice, but you don't have to choose something different.
