Downing Street is packed with media this morning ahead of the change of prime ministers.
Extra safety measures have been put into place, including metal barriers outside the gates of Downing Street and a Metropolitan Police ban on using loud speakers in the area.
Veteran anti-Brexit activist Steve Bray - who blasted loud music outside Downing Street during Keir Starmer’s speech last month - has instead turned up outside Buckingham Palace. He tells the BBC he won’t play any music as Starmer and Burnham arrive at the Palace.
