About This Event

A special live edition of the acclaimed late-night Radio 3 jazz show ’Round Midnight with guest presenter Jamie Cullum. Following last year’s Proms celebration of Oscar Peterson in Sunderland, the focus turns to the centenary of John Coltrane with a special tribute from UK saxophonist, Denys Baptiste. Guest artists include local trio Waldo’s Gift and Cassie Kinoshi’s Mercury-nominated ensemble seed.
