Seismic waves

Description

This video explores the properties of the two types of seismic waves: Primary or P-waves and Secondary or S-waves. P-waves are longitudinal waves that compress and expand the material they move through. S-waves are transverse waves, meaning that the particles move at right angles to the direction of wave travel.
