Ward was released from his contract with Saints on Tuesday

Sale Sharks have signed hooker Dave Ward after he was released by Northampton Saints.
The 23-year-old made six appearances last season, scoring four tries.
Sharks' director of Rugby Philippe Saint Andre said: "We're pleased to have him. This is a great opportunity for him to develop his career."
Ward, who also has Premiership experience with Bath, said: "I immediately jumped at the chance to join Sale Sharks."
