The cause of Leon Walker's death has not yet been established

Wakefield Trinity Wildcats reserves will wear the name "Walker" on the back of their shirts for the season in memory of their late team-mate.
Leon Walker died in hospital after playing in a reserve game against Celtic Crusaders on 22 March.
Pall bearers wore the shirts at the 20-year-old's funeral in Leeds earlier this week.
The reserves will play their first fixture since Walker's death against Bradford at Belle Vue on Saturday.
