Jersey long range muzzle shooter Mike Alexandre has been awarded the Donegal badge for 2010 by the Muzzle Loaders Association of Great Britain. The group make the award annually for exceptional shooting performances. Alexandre maintained a high standard in UK events this year, including winning the 900-yard title at Bisley and finishing third in the Whitworth Cup. In a great year for Jersey shooting, Gareth Callan won gold at the French Open and silver with the Great Britain team at the world championships.
