Manchester Phoenix have signed young British prospect Tom Duggan from Guildford Flames. The 19-year-old hit 12 goals and 26 assists in 60 games for Guildford but admitted he was not happy with the amount of ice-time he was getting. He said: "Joining Manchester is a great opportunity for me. "I'm really looking forward to playing, I hope, a bigger part for Phoenix than I did for the Flames. I wanted additional ice-time."
