Masa helped Grenoble win the French league title

Guildford Flames have signed Czech winger Martina Masa for the 2009/10 English Premier League season. The 36-year-old spent the last three years with French side Grenoble, where he scored 57 goals and 110 points in 83 games, and helped them to the title. Flames head coach Paul Dixon said: "He is a very strong addition to what we believe was already an improved side from last season. "We are excited now to be near the point of putting our club on the ice."
