Cool Roxy runs in the race at 14.35 on Friday

Fakenham Racecourse opens its gates for another season of National Hunt meetings on Friday. After a very dry Autumn, the recent rain in Norfolk has left the course in perfect condition for racing. "We've got a good number of horses declared on good to firm - good in places ground," said David Hunter, clerk of the course. The seven race card includes a run out for Cool Roxy who has won 11 times at the Norfolk Venue.
