Herefordshire's Terry Jenkins defeated Mark Dudbridge 6-3 to claim the Bobby Bourn Memorial Players Championship in Doncaster on Saturday.
Having gone 2-0 up, Jenkins saw Dudbridge land maximums in successive legs to level the match.
Jenkins then opened up leads of 4-2 and 5-3 before landing double 18 to seal the match in the ninth leg and take the £6,000 first prize.
It is the Ledbury man's second PDC title in three months.
He also becomes the first player other than Phil Taylor to win the event.
