Newcastle-under-Lyme's Adrian Lewis could progress to the Premier League Darts semi-finals with a victory against Wayne Mardle on Thursday.
Lewis lies fifth in the league table with Mardle one place behind and both are level on points with fourth-placed Peter Manley.
With just one game to go the winner should make next month's semi-final as Manley faces the in-form Phil Taylor.
Taylor is assured of a top-four place and will finish top if he wins.
