Darren Ward wants Sunderland to find consistency

Sunderland goalkeeper Darren Ward has urged his team to find the form that will push them up the table.
Ward, 32, told BBC Radio Newcastle: "We need to achieve the consistency that will give us a platform to go on and win games on a regular basis."
The comments were made in the aftermath of the 3-1 victory over Colchester.
"We almost played like Pele's Brazil for a good hour," said Ward, "and then came the other side of us where we dropped off a bit."
Ward, capped five times by Wales, began his career with Mansfield in 1992 before moving to Notts County, Nottingham Forest and Norwich City.
