Southend United manager Steve Tilson says he is not planning to add to his squad before the end of the season.
The Blues have used a number of loan signings this campaign to cover for various injuries to key positions.
But Tilson told BBC Essex: "We've been plugging away with what we've got and the lads have done ever so well.
"It would be unfair for me to start changing it, so as long as we keep injury free we shouldn't have to dip into the market too much."
The Essex side are currently on a run of seven wins from nine matches, which has moved them to 11th in League One, six points from the play-offs.
