Shrewsbury have signed Huddersfield Town winger Lionel Ainsworth on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old played for Shrews boss Graham Turner at Hereford in 2007/08 and again on loan in 2008/09.
Ainsworth has previously played for Derby, Watford and Huddersfield, and has had loan spells at Bournemouth, Halifax, Wycombe and Brentford.
Turner told the club website: "He has a lot of pace and the ability to create opportunities for others and himself."
