Shrewsbury Town boss Gary Peters is optimistic about the club's future despite Saturday's 2-1 home derby defeat to high-riding Hereford United.
"I thought we passed the ball better," he said. "We were on top second half.
"But it was a bit of magic from Sherjill MacDonald that opened it up. He's the best player in the league.
"They've got seven players on loan. None of them are going to stay. That's not building anything for your football club, but they're getting success."
Shrewsbury's own on-loan man, Birmingham City's Asa Hall, put the home side ahead from 18 yards after just six minutes. But Simon Johnson levelled before the half hour.
And the Bulls' winner was the work of two of their loan players.
