McKenzie has made five appearances for Norwich this season

Coventry have signed forward Leon McKenzie from Norwich on a three-year deal for a £1m fee.
Sky Blues boss Micky Adams told the club's website: "Leon is a player who has shown his ability to score both in this division and the Premiership."
McKenzie, 28, is a former Crystal Palace trainee who joined Norwich from Peterborough for £325,000 in 2003.
And Adams added: "Leon has pace, skill and an eye for goal and it gives us added options up front."
