Former Dagenham midfielder Marlon Patterson has signed a new deal with Chelmsford City after impressing last season in the Blue Square South.
The 27-year-old, who can play anywhere down the left-hand side, joined from Bishop's Stortford in December.
Patterson went on to feature 21 times for City, as the club finished the season in third position.
He has had two spells at Stortford, with a two-match cameo at Histon sandwiched in between in 2009.
