A late Nathan Arnold strike denied Redditch United the point they need to confirm their Blue Square North status.
The home side took a first-half lead through a Scott McNiven penalty but Redditch hit back just before the break through Shane Benjamin.
On-loan midfielder Kyle Hadley then put the Reds in front four minutes before the interval.
But Arnold equalised 10 minutes from time and broke Redditch hearts when he grabbed a last-minute winner.
