Callum Moffat top-scored with 74 as Workington made 239 all out while professional Simon Beare posted 4-20 figures to help bowl out the visitors.
Furness kept pace with a brace of wins against Cockermouth and Duddon SC.
Pakistan batsman Majeed Jehangir helped as he followed up his unbeaten 144 against Cockermouth with 89.

Keswick captain Imran Khan took 5-19 in their draw with Millom, while Lee Readitt took 5-20 in Carlisle's seven-wicket win against Dalton.
