Bradford Bulls have signed Wakefield Trinity winger Lachlan Walmsley on a two-year deal.

Australia-born Walmsley, 28, helped Wakefield win their first Super League Grand Final on Saturday.

He said on Sunday that he was hopeful his display in the 23-10 win against Warrington at Old Trafford would help him secure a deal with a new team.

"He certainly suits our style of play and the way we want to play, he will get the ball a lot in our systems," Bradford head coach Kurt Haggerty told the club website.

Walmlsey will reunite with Wakefield centre Cameron Scott at Odsal, after he agreed a move to the Bulls for 2027 in June.
