The 29-year-old Samoan has scored 15 tries in 44 appearances for the Knights since joining for the 2025 season.
"He started the season on fire then got that really nasty injury with that dislocated elbow - how he came back as early as he did is commendable to Toa," head coach Mark Applegarth told the club website., external
"Toa can be anything he wants to be. I'm looking forward to working with him."
