Terriers re-sign Ipswich midfielder Humphreys on loan

Huddersfield have re-signed midfielder Cameron Humphreys from Premier League Ipswich Town on loan until the end of the season.

Humphreys rejoins the Terriers on a season-long deal after a successful loan spell from Portman Road in the second half of the last campaign.

The 22-year-old made 22 appearances for Town in all competitions, scoring and assisting twice, with all but one game coming in League One.

Humphreys had a previous loan spell with Wycombe, helping the club to the League One play offs, nudging his League One appearances up to 82 with 11 goals.

The midfielder, who becomes the Terriers' eighth signing of the summer, arrives after a full pre-season with Ipswich and a recent Carabao Cup appearance under his belt.
