Tyler Onyango made 10 appearances in League One for Stockport County last season

Sheffield Wednesday have signed former Everton midfielder Tyler Onyango on a three-year deal.

The 23-year-old was a free agent after leaving the Toffees at the end of last season.

He has had loan spells in League One with Burton, Forest Green and Stockport in the past three campaigns.

"This is a club moving in the right direction and that's something any player would be excited to be part of," he told the club website.
