Swansea City forward Florian Bianchini has joined French second-tier side Clermont on loan for the remainder of the season.

Bianchini has struggled to make an impact at Swansea since joining from French side Bastia in the summer of 2024.

The 25-year-old, who can play on the wing or up front, scored three goals in 38 appearances – only eight of which were league starts – in 2024-25 before being sent on loan to Portsmouth last season.

He played just 11 times for Pompey between August and November 2025 before his season was curtailed thanks in part to a knee injury.

Bianchini is under contract at Swansea until 2028.

Two more wide players are expected to leave the Swans before Tuesday's transfer deadline, with Zeidane Inoussa joining Portsmouth on loan and Ronald in line for a permanent move to Millwall.
