A look at the hidden barriers corporate women face in getting to the top. Half the world's population are women and half the world's paid workers are women, yet boardrooms are still male dominated. Despite attempts to make the workplace more equal often those running companies will recruit from a pool of those in their own image. The programme looks at what is being done to encourage companies to let women get to the top, and whether they may still want to. Presenter: Peter Day.
