  Childcare 28 January 2005
Listeners respond to the debate

This week as part of the Winning Women's Votes Campaign, Woman's Hour discussed childcare.

Currently parents can apply for help to pay for registered childminders or nurseries and from April registered nannies too. However they can't get the same money to look after their children themselves.

On Tuesday we asked if this should change. Listen to the discussion.

The debate triggered a big response both for and against.
