In The Dragon's Den on BBC 2 contestants pitch their business ideas to five multi millionaires, in the hope of winning cash to kick start the plan.
One of the 'dragons' is millionaire businesswoman Rachel Elnaugh. She joins Jenni to discuss whether there's a gender divide between the way men and women approach making their first million, or do men and women set about making money for the same reasons?
