An innovative autumn salad
As the evenings begin to draw in you may be thinking nostalgically about al fresco dinners with fresh crunchy summer vegetables under a starry sky.
But there's no reason why you shouldn't still be able to enjoy a nice salad - and you don't have to jump on a plane to some balmy place on the continent where tomatoes are still in season to do so.
