  Sarah Wigglesworth 15 October 2004
An architect's dream home

Architect Sarah Wigglesworth's home in Stock Orchard Street right next to London's King's Cross station, has been raised almost entirely off the ground and built with an ecological agenda. It employs all kinds of unconventional materials, including straw, and is topped by an unashamedly romantic five storey lookout tower.

It was designed with her partner Jeremy Till and it is where she runs her architectural practice. Sarah showed Jo Morris around as part of our women and building series.
